A Holistic, Grounded Approach To Wellness
I believe wellness is more than checking boxes—it’s about creating a life that feels balanced, nourishing, and aligned with who you are. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, develop supportive habits, and build routines that feel natural rather than overwhelming.
My coaching style is holistic, grounding, and compassionate. I meet clients exactly where they are and support change in a way that honors both their goals and their capacity.
My Approach
I integrate Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, yoga-based practices, nervous-system-friendly strategies, and evidence-based behavior-change tools to create a personalized coaching experience.
Together, we explore your daily rhythms, stress patterns, strengths, and goals to develop practical strategies that support lasting change. I believe progress is built through consistency, self-awareness, and small intentional steps, not perfection.
Wellness Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention or medical treatment
