Transparent, Compassionate Care
We believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and transparent - including the financial aspect of care. Choosing to begin therapy is an investment in your emotional wellbeing, relationships, and overall quality of life, and I strive to make the process as clear and approachable as possible.

Insurance
We currently accept insurance plans through select providers. Coverage and benefits vary depending on your individual plan, and I encourage clients to verify their mental health benefits directly with their insurance provider prior to beginning services.
Questions to ask your insurance provider may include:
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
Is prior authorization required?
What is my deductible?
What is my copay or coinsurance amount?
Are virtual therapy sessions covered?
If you have questions about insurance, billing, or coverage, we are happy to help guide you through the process.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit/Debit Cards
HSA/FSA Card
Electronic Pay Options
Cash or Check
Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need and current availability. Please feel free to inquire during your consultation if this is something you would like to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kingly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of mental health services.
You can learn more about your rights regarding Good Faith Estimates at the time of scheduling or during the intake process.
