Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, accepted, and empowered to show up as your authentic self. My goal is to create a supportive space where your strengths are recognized, your experiences are honored, and we work together to navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity.

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and systems theory, recognizing that our relationships, communities, and the systems we live within all shape our mental health and well-being. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we explore practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and build resilience while navigating anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, trauma, and life transitions.

Claire currently works with a therapy dog in-training. We understand that not everyone feels comfortable around dogs. Some individuals may have allergies, fears, cultural considerations, or simply prefer sessions without an animal present. Your comfort and sense of safety are our priority.
