Zachary Drobek, MA, LLC
Associate Therapist | Pronouns: He/Him
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. My passion for becoming a therapist comes from a genuine desire to help people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness, and peace of mind.
I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your thoughts and experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, I work collaboratively with you to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful growth.
Trust is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. Having experienced therapy from the client's perspective, I understand the importance of feeling truly listened to and understood. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
